The Executive Team Leader HR is responsible for championing change, proactively removing roadblocks, and building diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on Target's guest-centric mission. This role involves leading a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to support teams and leaders in building a passionate sales force and a desirable workplace. A significant portion of the role is spent on the sales floor, acting as a consultant to peers and identifying opportunities to drive the business forward. Target aims to provide meaningful experiences for team members to build and develop career skills. This role offers experience in managing HR strategies, interpreting financial data, understanding employment laws, and developing talent. It also involves supporting business leaders, coaching, consulting, and influencing across all organizational levels.
