Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive total store sales and understand the impact of departments and team on profitability.
  • Manage Food & Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing for all GM areas.
  • Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Lead pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work to ensure efficient delivery to guests.
  • Develop strategies and utilize workload planning tools to complete scheduled tasks and ensure guest readiness.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with the team to ensure task completion.
  • Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas, review reporting, identify gaps, and develop resolution plans.
  • Oversee GM Team Leaders' workload planning, including transitions, revisions, and sales plans.
  • Drive fulfillment sales by leading the Fulfillment team to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Drive a culture centered in food safety, training, validating, and coaching the team on proper execution.
  • Lead an efficient operation to fund the sales culture.
  • Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leader’s workload planning, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, and promotions.
  • Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes guest experience and meets store sales goals.
  • Assess the competition and leverage guest insights and feedback to drive the business.
  • Work a schedule that aligns with guest and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Ensure product is in stock, fresh, available, food safe, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor with minimal guest disruption.
  • Assess GM and Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas, walk Food & Beverage Standards, and review GM/Food reporting to identify gaps and develop plans.
  • Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and operational changes.
  • Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends.
  • Develop and coach the team to elevate their skills and expertise.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
  • Actively develop, coach, and train the team; anticipate staffing needs, talent plan, and recruit.
  • Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and hold others accountable.
  • Follow all safe and secure training and processes as a key carrier.
