In this pivotal role, you'll consult on, develop, and implement innovative talent strategies that enhance executive succession health. Your expertise in leadership assessments, analyzing talent data, crafting compelling narratives, and utilizing modern talent technology will be essential for identifying and nurturing the next generation of executive leaders. This is a unique opportunity to advance our executive talent management practices, ensuring long-term leadership strength and association-wide success. You'll balance hands-on execution with developing team members, transforming insights into actionable plans and practical solutions. Crucially, you will also focus on building the succession planning capabilities within our HR team, empowering them to drive these critical initiatives forward.
