About The Position

Works with minimal supervision, performing a wide range of duties and special projects as assigned by the board of directors and executive staff. Deals with highly confidential information. Develops and maintains a professional and confidential rapport with members of the board of directors, executive staff and hospital staff. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing administrative support at the executive or board level
• Proven ability to manage confidential information and sensitive records
• Strong computer skills, including document preparation, scheduling, and recordkeeping systems

• Experience maintaining corporate records, board minutes, and governance documentation
