In partnership with the Executive Chef, this position helps guide menu execution, cost controls, safety standards, and daily kitchen operations. The Executive Sous Chef also oversees all food operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, including Pastry, Purchasing, Stewarding, and Private Dining.
