The beautiful Hilton Chicago, in the heart of the windy city, is currently hiring an Executive Sous Chef to assist with leading the team! Located on South Michigan Avenue and overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan, this hotel offers 1,544 guest rooms and suites, 234,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and exceptional dining options. In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who is dedicated to excellence, creative, a team player, and thrives in a high-volume environment. This individual must be well-versed in banquets, restaurants, menu development, and a variety of cuisines. At least 3 years of culinary management in a high-volume operation is required. Prior union experience is a huge plus!
