Manage and service all aspects of the kitchen with regard to employees, food product and planning. This role involves planning and overseeing day-to-day culinary operations, giving direction to employees, and ensuring the highest standard of food products. The position requires maintaining food and labor costs within budget while ensuring consistent quality. It also includes daily and monthly inventory control, employee training, and collaboration with other departments. The Executive Sous Chef will also participate in long-range planning and support ongoing hotel programs.
