About The Position

Tribeca Film Center is an eight-story office building in the heart of Tribeca that supports and unites New York City’s entertainment and media community. The building provides executive office space for film and media companies on both short- and long-term terms and is home to the Tribeca Screening Room — a private, 72-seat theater serving entertainment executives, studios, and industry professionals. We operate at the intersection of hospitality, operations, and marketing — delivering a premium experience to our tenants and guests every day. Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site position in New York City that combines building operations, executive services, and marketing support. You will serve on the Executive Services / Operations team (reporting to the Executive Services Supervisor) while also supporting Sales & Marketing initiatives (reporting to the EVP of Sales & Marketing). This is a high-visibility role for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and excited to contribute across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Background in customer service and administrative support
  • Experience with social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Ability to manage executive-level administrative responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Canva
  • Comfortable learning new software systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing, media, commercial real estate, or the entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge and administrative support to building tenants
  • Manage reception and telephone coverage at the Executive Services desk
  • Handle mail and package distribution
  • Provide copying and general administrative assistance
  • Run building-related errands as needed
  • Order and replenish kitchen and office supplies
  • Learn and utilize Full Slate scheduling software
  • Assist the Screening Room Manager with scheduling and client support
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Tribeca Film Center’s digital presence
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Draft deal point memos and assist with form agreements
  • Maintain organized records from meetings and sales discussions
  • Provide administrative support to the EVP of Sales & Marketing
