Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven sales and/or recruiting experience.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Structured and organized approach with a results-driven focus.
• Ability to work from our office in Atlanta, GA 30306.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and match candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals.
• Source and engage top talent through referrals, networking, and data-sourcing tools.
• Present opportunities to passive candidates, ensuring alignment with their qualifications and aspirations.
• Collaborate with leadership and the team to strategize and launch new client opportunities.
