About The Position

The Executive Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of each executive search and is often the first point of contact for candidates, creating a lasting impression of Oracle. Serving as a central liaison among Oracle executives, executive candidates, and members of the Executive Leadership Recruiting team, this individual is responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the interview process. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator manages highly confidential projects and demonstrates exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills. This role requires the ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail while ensuring adherence to established processes and guidelines for each search assignment.
