We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across the country.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and filling positions in a timely manner
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

Responsibilities

Client Management: Conduct intake meetings to define job requirements and manage client expectations.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback to both parties.
Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate salary packages and offer terms to successfully place candidates.
