About The Position

In this role, you will lead full lifecycle executive recruitment for Associate Vice President and above. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, delivering high-quality executive searches while ensuring a disciplined, inclusive, and high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders. This role combines strong search execution with executive-level partnership and market insight.

Requirements

  • Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Combine strong search execution with executive-level partnership and market insight.
  • Conduct strategic intake meetings to define success profiles, leadership competencies, and selection criteria.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, industry mapping, networking, and engagement of retained search firms when appropriate.
  • Screen and assess candidates for leadership capability, business acumen, and organizational alignment.
  • Drive the candidate journey to ensure a professional, engaging, and seamless experience.
  • Facilitate search update meetings and provide clear, data-driven progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and HR partners.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent landscape insights, and competitive positioning guidance.
  • Advise leaders on candidate assessment, compensation positioning, and hiring strategy.
  • Develop and maintain diverse executive talent pipelines.
  • Partner with Culture & Belonging team to embed equitable practices throughout the executive search process.
  • Leverage external networks, professional organizations, and targeted sourcing strategies to broaden representation.
  • Partner with the Director on selection and management of retained search firms.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment processes in collaboration with HR and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities
