About The Position

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville Human Resources Office is accepting applications for an Executive Recruiter. Housed within Human Resources, this position serves as the recruitment partner for the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine (UTCVM) and UT Knoxville Executive Search. The Executive Recruiter develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified faculty and leadership candidates while advising hiring administrators on recruitment best practices, processes, policies, and regulations. This position is a Limited Duration Appointment (LDA) with a two-year commitment. Continuation into a third year and potential transition to a permanent role will be considered based on performance outcomes, established metrics, and organizational needs during the commitment period. The successful candidate will build strong relationships and serve as an ambassador for UTCVM, the University, and the Knoxville community throughout the candidate experience.
