As a dedicated Executive Recruiter Lead, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for complex, niche, and strategically critical roles. You serve as a strategic hiring partner to senior leaders, providing deep talent market insights, advanced sourcing strategies, and high-touch, concierge-level support. Additionally, you will influence hiring decisions, shape talent strategies, and drive competitive hiring outcomes. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
