About The Position

We're seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for upper leadership roles across operations, maintenance, and engineering organizations. This position focuses heavily on proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and driving complex searches from intake through offer.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or search environments.
Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation skills.
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Recruiting for leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain roles.
Supporting upper-level or hard-to-fill searches.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for upper leadership positions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define candidate profiles.
Source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach strategies.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
Coordinate interviews, references, and offer negotiations.
Manage multiple leadership searches simultaneously while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
