Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and handle various errands efficiently.
  • Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Execute a range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling meetings.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence through precise data entry and written communication.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare forms, verify details, and resolve routine issues with attention to detail.
  • Oversee office mail distribution, operate office equipment, and adhere to company safety protocols, participating in ongoing training and hazard assessments.
