Executive Protection Specialist
About The Position
The Simon Agency is seeking experienced Executive Protection Specialists to join the Operational Readiness Network (ORN). ORN is a network of vetted and prepared protective professionals ready to support executive protection operations for various high-profile clients, including corporate executives, public officials, and family offices. This is an ongoing recruitment initiative to build and maintain operational readiness, with qualified applicants considered for current and future assignments based on client needs, qualifications, and availability. Assignments can range from single-day details to extended domestic or international travel support.
Requirements
- Executive Protection experience
- Federal, state, or local law enforcement experience
- Military service
- Corporate security experience
- High-profile event security experience
- Dignitary protection experience
- Exceptional professionalism and integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent situational awareness
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work within the United States
- Ability to travel as operational requirements dictate
Nice To Haves
- Current state security licenses (must have)
- HR218 / LEOSA credentials (where applicable)
- CPR / AED certification
- Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC/TCCC)
- EMT or Paramedic certification
- Protective Intelligence experience
- Protective advance planning experience
- Incident Command System (ICS) training
- International executive protection experience
- Valid passport without travel restrictions
- Foreign language proficiency
