Executive Protection Officer (Part Time)

E. & J. Gallo WineryModesto, CA

About The Position

We are GALLO, a family-owned company with a 90+ year legacy, consistently recognized as a Glassdoor “Best Places to Work.” We have 130+ brands in our total alcohol beverage portfolio including wine, malt, spirits, and ready-to-drink beverages. We’re home to the #1 wine and spirits brands in the U.S. - Barefoot Wine & High Noon and are the official sponsors of the NFL, NHL, UFC, and PGA of America. GALLO is looking for a Security Officer to join our team — someone who brings professionalism, sharp situational awareness, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of those around them. In this dynamic role, you'll be the eyes and ears of our operation — monitoring vehicle and pedestrian traffic, identifying potential security concerns, and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment. Whether you're conducting mobile patrols, staffing a fixed post, or supporting a special event, your presence will make a meaningful difference every single day. You'll investigate and document security and safety incidents, communicate findings to supervisors and authorities as needed, and exercise sound judgment when situations call for it — including the use of lethal or non-lethal force when legally justified. You'll also have the opportunity to provide personal security services for company and family-related functions, including transporting family members in company vehicles with the highest level of discretion and care. We're looking for someone who communicates with professionalism and respect — both in writing and in conversation — and who understands the importance of confidentiality. You'll build trusted relationships across the organization while ensuring compliance with all quality, environmental, and safety standards.
