About The Position

Harvard Protection Services is seeking an experienced professional driver to escort high-tier clientele around the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will be locally knowledgeable of the city, possess a passion for customer service, and provide a personable yet discreet atmosphere for all passengers. This role involves driving clients to meetings and various locations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, performing routine inspections, and upholding a professional demeanor while assisting everyone on-site. The position also requires knowledge of facility policies, enforcing them as needed, observing for theft prevention, following emergency procedures, monitoring alarms, and preparing incident reports.

Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving history
Must have reliable means of communication and transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, customer service experience helpful
Locally knowledgeable of the Philadelphia area

Responsibilities

Greeting passengers warmly and assist with boarding
Drives clientele to any meetings and all locations
Provides professional and courteous customer service
Maintains vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
Performs required patrols of designated areas both on foot and in vehicle
Maintains a professional demeanor, aiding customers, employees, visitors, and guests
Knows the facility / building policies and procedures; enforces them within the limits of the position
Observes departing personnel to protect against the theft of company property and ensure authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate customer requirements
Follows established emergency action planning and procedures
Monitors alarms and systems
Prepares reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, as directed
