The Executive Protection Agent/Security Driver will be responsible for protection, driving, and security for executive and family. We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Protection Driver with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with C-suite level executives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced driving skills, executive protection training, and a valid New York firearm permit appropriate for professional armed security duties. This full-time role involves operating a luxury vehicle while ensuring the safety, security, and confidentiality of the principal &family during travel to and from business and personal engagements, airport, meetings, etc. Job duties will be performed primarily between New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. The estimated start date for this role is early June 2026.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive protection driver or in a similar role serving high-profile clientele
Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
Valid New York Armed Concealed Carry Permit
Excellent knowledge of New York City and surrounding area roadways near Midtown and Lower Manhattan
Experience in emergency response
Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

Prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background
Certification in Executive Protection or close protection (preferred: EP schools such as ESI, EPI, or similar)
Tactical/emergency driving course certification (EVOC, SDC, etc.)
CPR/AED and First Aid certificate
Familiarity with secure communications and advanced work
Law Enforcement Experience

Responsibilities

Safely transport C-suite executive(s) to scheduled destinations throughout New York City, Connecticut, and surrounding areas
Conduct route planning, traffic monitoring, and contingency planning to ensure timely arrivals
Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip
Remain in close proximity to the vehicle and principal when on standby
Coordinate with security teams and administrative staff as needed
Maintain situational awareness and respond effectively to any threats or emergencies
Maintain a clean, mechanically sound, and fully fueled vehicle
Ensure strict confidentiality at all times
Must be able to manage time appropriately
Provide the appropriate level of proximity to the CEO for personal protection
Manage security at Client events
All other duties as assigned
