About The Position

CNC Agency (formerly Coffee ’n Clothes) is an experiential marketing agency born from culture and built for connection. We create experiences, stories, and products that people love and help brands grow. We put people first and design accordingly, seamlessly blending strategy, creative, and production to turn ideas into experiences that move people. Because amazing things happen to brands when they build for humans, not algorithms. We are currently seeking an Executive Producer (EP) who is a senior production leader responsible for overseeing complex experiential programs and serving as the primary production owner for one or more flagship clients or accounts with multiple concurrent workstreams. This role sits between Senior Producer and Production Director, blending hands-on production leadership with strategic oversight, team mentorship, and financial accountability. The EP ensures consistency, quality, and operational excellence across all programs for assigned clients, aligning creative vision, client objectives, timelines, and budgets, while acting as a trusted partner to Account, Creative, and Leadership.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experiential/event production experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience managing large-scale experiential programs with $500K–$5M+ production budgets
  • Demonstrated success owning production across multi-project, multi-workstream client accounts
  • Deep knowledge of live event production, fabrication, logistics, AV, staffing, permitting, and safety plans
  • Strong financial acumen with experience owning estimates, SOWs, contracts, and reconciliations
  • Experience leading and mentoring production teams in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams and willing to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end production oversight for large-scale, high-budget, or high-complexity experiential programs, including live events, brand activations, tours, pop-ups, conferences, and hybrid/digital experiences.
  • Lead production strategy from concept through execution, translating creative ideas into executable, scalable plans.
  • Anticipate and manage production risks, dependencies, and operational challenges across multiple programs.
  • Provide onsite leadership for live events and activations, including travel as required.
  • Serve as the senior production lead for one or more flagship clients or complex accounts with multiple active workstreams, ensuring alignment across programs, timelines, budgets, and vendors.
  • Oversee multiple projects running in parallel under a single client relationship, maintaining a unified production approach and delivery standard.
  • Act as the long-term production steward for assigned accounts, maintaining continuity, institutional knowledge, and trusted client relationships.
  • Partner closely with Account Leadership to manage scope, resourcing, forecasting, and prioritization across all client workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production, leverage shared vendors, and improve efficiency and scalability across the client portfolio.
  • Support account growth through proactive production thinking, contributing to renewals, expansions, and stated work.
  • Own and manage multimillion-dollar production budgets across individual programs and at the account level.
  • Develop and approve estimates, production schedules, vendor contracts, SOWs, and reconciliations.
  • Partner with Finance and Account teams to ensure projects and accounts meet agency profitability targets.
  • Drive financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and margin performance across all assigned work.
  • Directly manage and mentor Senior Producers and Producers assigned to flagship or multi-workstream accounts.
  • Provide guidance on production planning, budgeting, execution, and client communication.
  • Serve as an escalation point for production challenges, staffing needs, and client concerns.
  • Support performance management, feedback, and professional development in partnership with the Production Director.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive culture within a distributed, remote-first team.
  • Act as a senior, client-facing production leader, building trust through expertise, clarity, and confident decision-making.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Account, and Operations teams to align scope, expectations, and delivery.
  • Clearly communicate production trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and vet new vendors, technologies, and experiential formats to improve quality, efficiency, and innovation.
