About The Position

NVE Experience Agency seeks an Executive Producer to lead large-scale experiential programs from concept through execution. This is a hands-on role. Primary responsibilities include leading complex productions end to end, translating client briefs into clear scopes, budgets and timelines, directing internal teams and vendor partners, and supporting the agency's new business pipeline alongside the rest of the production department. Strong relationship skills, a service mentality and the ability to provide multiple options for solutions are essential to this role. You are equally comfortable presenting to a client's leadership team and standing on a loading dock at 5am. An extensive background in event production is required, including deep knowledge of event design and layout, staging, lighting, sound, scenic elements, guest flow and timing. This role carries real accountability for the quality of the work and for the teams who deliver it.

  • Proven track record leading large-scale experiential programs, including complex, multi-day, multi-stakeholder productions

  • Serve as the senior production lead on your projects, personally building and owning core project documentation including deliverable timelines, production schedules, budgets and run of show
  • Lead large-scale, high-complexity experiential programs from concept through strike, across brand activations, conferences and summits, product launches, press and consumer events, and multi-city tours

  • Work closely with production leadership to create training and development plans for your team, including regular goal setting and tracking in the performance management system
  • Hold regular check-ins with your teams to provide feedback
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that ensures deliverables are met
  • Interview and hire full-time and freelance support to staff projects appropriately
