About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Operations Partner to join our high-performing People Operations team. This role supports multiple C-Suite executives and works alongside four other EOPs who collectively ensure the executive team is well-coordinated, informed, and focused on what matters most. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct support to multiple executives at the C-suite or senior leadership level
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) - able to read a room, build trust quickly, and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
  • A reputation for reliability, discretion, and sound judgment, someone leaders can depend on without hesitation
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and Teams
  • Perform activities such as stooping, climbing, typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
  • Dedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics
  • Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
  • Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (collectively, “Export Control Laws")

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and document preparation
  • Serve as a trusted partner and representative for executives, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on priorities
  • Coordinate and host on-site meetings and visits, including managing catering orders, greeting guests, and ensuring meeting spaces are properly set up and equipped
  • Manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality with the highest level of discretion
  • Partner closely with the broader EA team to ensure seamless communication, scheduling alignment, and support coverage across the executive suite
  • Anticipate logistical and operational needs, identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without being asked twice
  • Support cross-functional coordination between executives and their teams, acting as a connector and communicator when needed
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and feedback while maintaining a positive, composed, and professional approach
