The Executive Operations Coordinator is a critical partner to NantG Power’s leadership team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, reliable execution of company workflows, and high‑quality administrative support. The role blends executive assistance, operational coordination, and cross‑functional support to keep the organization running efficiently. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or executive assistance, ideally with exposure to purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory workflows.
  • Experience supporting contract management, CRM updates, and cross‑team operational processes.
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills with demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/coordination tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Thrives in a startup environment—resourceful, proactive, and comfortable suggesting process improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in property management or real estate operations, emphasizing coordination, tenant/vendor communication, and issue resolution.
  • Experience supporting scientific or R&D environments.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems or inventory management tools.
  • Experience coordinating shipments, equipment servicing, or lab operations.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Administrative Support: Provide high‑trust administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, communication coordination, and preparation of materials for internal and external meetings. Maintain organized office operations and ensure leadership has the information, resources, and context needed to operate effectively.
  • Operational Coordination: Oversee procurement workflows for R&D supplies (chemicals, lab equipment, office materials), maintain inventory tracking systems, coordinate repair schedules and equipment servicing, and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Cross‑Functional Support: Partner with R&D teams to streamline supply chain administration and documentation; track and report mandated activities for external grant agencies; support contract management, CRM updates, and sales operations.
  • General Operations: Assist with event logistics, facility needs, and company‑wide operational initiatives. Execute additional administrative or operational projects with a high standard of ownership and follow‑through.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support miscellaneous operational and administrative needs and projects as needed.
