The Executive Meeting Manager will respond quickly to client inquiries (within four business hours) and turn conversations into profitable Rooms and Catering business. This role involves preparing proposals, contracts, and event materials—from menus to meeting layouts—to help planners envision successful events. The position also includes prospecting for new business through calls, networking, research, and community events to keep the sales pipeline strong. Additionally, the Executive Meeting Manager will host site tours and build relationships with planners, showcasing the hotel and creating memorable first impressions. They will coordinate event details including rooming lists, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and communication with operations teams to ensure flawless execution, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through consistent communication, follow-ups, and occasional client entertainment.
