About The Position

The Executive Lounge Attendant delivers professional, personalized service to each guest, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact. This role supports the overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency of the Executive Lounge. This is a PART TIME POSITION - Working FRI, SAT & SUN HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Greet guests and communicate hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions or directions. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Explain spa services, pricing, and policies to guests. Book appointments and manage all points of sale. Price retail items and maintain the retail area in a professional manner. Maintain office supplies and keep the desk area organized and clean. Fulfill opening and closing shift duties as required. Support the Spa Manager with communication and operational needs. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Adaptability and reliability to support lounge and spa operations.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in a spa, office, or retail setting.
  • Experience interacting with guests or customers in a service-oriented role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
