Club Lounge Attendant
About The Position
The Club Lounge Attendant will administer professional, personalized service for each guest from the time of first contact. Responsibilities Greet guests, communicating hotel amenities and policies as well as local attractions and directions. Answer phone and direct calls. Explain spa menu, pricing and all other policies to guests. Book appointments and all points of sale. Price all retail items and maintain retail area in a professional manner. Maintain office supplies. Keep desk area organized and clean. Fulfill opening and closing shift duties. Support Spa Manager with necessary communication.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
