About The Position

The Renaissance Allentown Hotel is seeking a reliable and friendly Lounge Attendant to manage morning service in our Executive Club Lounge.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with guests, and finishing their workday early.

Requirements

• Friendly and professional guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be reliable and dependable to arrive for early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast items in the Executive Club Lounge each morning
• Monitor and replenish food, beverages, and snacks during service
• Maintain coffee, juice, and beverage stations.
• Keep coolers, refrigerators, and snack displays fully stocked
• Greet and interact with guests and assist with their needs while in the lounge.
• Clear tables, remove dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout the lounge.
• Clean and reset buffet and seating areas during and after service
• Complete opening and closing duties including restocking and cleaning.
