Requirements

  • 2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination
  • Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance
  • High-energy communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
  • Licensed and ready to roll (or willing and able to get licensed fast)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm, qualified leads; we feed you, you close
  • Assess borrower needs and match them with the perfect loan product
  • Build and manage a pipeline that’s always moving, always growing
  • Own the loan process from first call to final closing
  • Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to keep deals tight and clean
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory updates
  • Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and charisma
