LEADERSHIP JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Executive Housekeeper Department: Housekeeping It’s great to meet you. In addition to helping us get work done, as a manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for because we believe in a people-first approach. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and team member KPIs that are essential to our success. Maintain labor and operating budgets for all departments reporting to position. Ensure linen management is within desired guidelines. Prepare a yearly budget for departments in accordance with Station Casinos’ guidelines, along with applicable business plans and capital requests. Responsible for providing training ensuring all pertinent areas conform to local and state requirements including but limited to OSHA, SNHD and Fire Marshall. Constantly serve as a role model and leader for all Team Members. Answer any questions that Team Members may have with a professional attitude. Ensure all cleanliness and friendliness goals are met in your department on a daily basis. As a Leader, you are expected to ensure within your department that your frontline managers and supervisors are there for their team, they are enabling and empowering their teams to perform, they own their operation, and building caring and trusting relationships. You must also ensure your middle managers are engaging and communicating with their departments, coaching up their frontline managers and supervisors, developing talent, and championing collaboration with their team and with other business units.
