In addition to helping us get work done, as a manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for because we believe in a people-first approach. Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and team member KPIs that are essential to our success. As a Leader, you are expected to ensure within your department that your frontline managers and supervisors are there for their team, they are enabling and empowering their teams to perform, they own their operation, and building caring and trusting relationships. You must also ensure your middle managers are engaging and communicating with their departments, coaching up their frontline managers and supervisors, developing talent, and championing collaboration with their team and with other business units.
