About The Position
We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations and ensure our hotel is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. This role is for a hands-on housekeeping leader who takes pride in spotless rooms, an organized department, and a team that delivers.
Requirements
- Experienced hotel housekeeping leaders
- Strong team management skills
- Strong room inspection skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working alongside your team
- Available for weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Hilton or Hampton experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, schedule, and coach the housekeeping and laundry teams.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to uphold Hilton brand standards.
- Manage staffing, productivity, linen, supplies, and inventory.
- Partner with Front Desk and Maintenance on room readiness and guest needs.
- Promote safe work practices and hold the team accountable for quality.
