Executive Housekeeper
About The Position
We are seeking a high-energy Executive Housekeeper to lead our 120-room, wellness-focused EVEN Hotel in Belgrade, Montana. This role is perfect for a motivated leader who is passionate about clean, well-run hotels and excited about long-term career growth. At OHM, we don’t just hire for today — we hire for your future. With the Hampton Inn Belgrade scheduled to open in August 2026, we are looking for a leader who can successfully manage the EVEN property today and may have the opportunity to transition into a Dual-Property Executive Housekeeper role overseeing both hotels (approximately 240 rooms total). Please note: this future dual-property opportunity is not guaranteed and will be based on performance, business needs, and timing.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate diverse teams and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain professionalism and tact in all interactions
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- High School diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Previous Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper experience strongly preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team through hiring, coaching, evaluations, and progressive discipline
- Maintain cleanliness and brand standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and departmental budgets
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering teams to ensure room readiness and preventive maintenance
- Oversee linen, supply, and equipment inventory
- Uphold guest service standards and respond promptly to guest needs
- Support Team Member engagement and recognition initiatives
- Enforce OHM and brand policies, safety standards, and wellness initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
