Requirements

• 3-5 years hospitality/housekeeping leadership experience
• Schedule availability to include weekdays, weeknights and weekends
• Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
• Passion for cleanliness and hospitality
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative
• Working in a fast paced, enthusiastic work environment

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and perform consistently following the mission and values of the organization in our enthusiastic work environment
• Responsible for daily shift leadership including assigning room lists, coaching, running reports, inspecting and ensuring both the public and private spaces in the hotel exceed our promises to our guests
• Knowledgeable of all our training procedures and policies and able to demonstrate these to all colleagues in the housekeeping department
• Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that our maintenance and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Play an active role in recruiting, interviewing, and developing all staff members
• Be involved with financial aspects of the housekeeping department including payroll, ordering, inventories and reducing wastage
• Be involved and contribute to all staff members meetings and educational opportunities
• Follow our housekeeping systems and train our team to be active participants in educating others
• Maintain accurate ordering and stocking levels
