Requirements

  • An eye for detail that others miss - you notice what's out of place, you hold the bar high, and you build that same standard in the people around you.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience - you've led teams, coached people, and created accountability, whether that's in hospitality, facilities, retail, healthcare, or any environment where standards and service matter.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator - you build trust with the people you lead and the departments you work alongside.
  • Understanding of cleaning standards, hygiene regulations, and guest service expectations - or the drive and ability to master them quickly.
  • Comfortable with technology and operational systems - scheduling tools, inventory tracking, and property management platforms are part of how you run your operation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop your team - recruit, train, schedule, and coach your housekeeping staff daily, building a culture where people take pride in their craft and grow under your leadership.
  • Own the guest experience on every floor - set and enforce Platinum Service standards across all guest rooms and public areas through a consistent inspection and accountability system, directly driving the property's cleanliness scores and guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Manage the operation like an owner - control labor, supply, and linen budgets with precision; forecast needs proactively.
  • Partner across the hotel - serve as a key connector between Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Maintenance to ensure seamless room readiness, VIP preparation, and rapid response to guest needs, because delivering Platinum Service is a whole-hotel effort.
  • Ensure brand and compliance standards are met - maintain QA-ready rooms at all times, stay current on brand requirements, health and safety regulations, and internal SOPs.
  • Embody Pathfinder's sales and service culture in every interaction - as a department head, you are one of the most visible leaders in the building. You represent Pathfinder's culture to your team, to guests, and to every colleague you work alongside, and you make sure the people you lead do the same.
