About The Position
Tiller House is currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping Department to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping management experience required.
- Skilled in hotel systems and technologies
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule due to business needs
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with the Marriott Family of brands a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing the Department Associates and P&L
- Interviewing, hiring, disciplining and motivating Housekeeping staff
- Implement 247Hotels and Brand operational procedures for the housekeeping department
- Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service
- Assign and inspect rooms daily
- Controls ordering, managing and inventory of supplies throughout the month.
- Reviews all costs associated with the Department and approve budgeted expenses using checkbook accounting methods
- Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met.
