As an Executive Health Consultant, you will provide executive health coaching services to a diverse, international executive population, including Fortune 500 C-level executives.

Requirements

Master's degree
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) if Master's Degree is in field other than psychology
Two years of experience in the field of psychology or human behavior, including individual and group psychotherapy with diagnostic formulation
Requires standing and frequent walking to various locations throughout the Foundation.
Must have normal or corrected hearing and vision.
Ability to communicate verbally by phone or in person.
Requires the ability to work under stressful conditions.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Professional Coaching, or significant progress towards certification (This Professional Coaching certification should follow the standards set by the International Coaching Federation, which has a credentialing system to meet global standards of practice)
Previous experience with senior executive performance management and/or executive coaching
Healthcare background
Experience with EPIC modules
Independent licensure in clinical research or counseling experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose DSM-IV disorders and provide referral sources.
Provide individual or on-going supportive therapy, counseling, or coaching services.
Other duties as assigned.
