Responsibilities

  • Supervise Housekeeping Staff: The Executive Housekeeper manages the Housekeeping Team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and assigning duties.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and brand standards: They are responsible for ensuring that all areas of the property including guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness standards.
  • Develop Cleaning Protocols: They establish and enforce cleaning procedures and standards ensuring all staff adhere to them.
  • Conduct Inspections: Regular inspections of rooms and common areas are conducted.
