Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, client management, business development, or agency environments
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, websites, lead generation, branding, or digital marketing strategy
  • Ability to confidently communicate with business owners and decision-makers
  • Professional, polished, and relationship-driven communication style
  • Strong emotional intelligence and client retention mindset
  • Comfortable leading strategic marketing conversations
  • Ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts
  • Organized and accountable with follow-through and communication
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Must present professionally and represent the brand at a high level

  • Existing professional network or client relationships are a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic client relationships
  • Help guide business owners through marketing and growth strategy
  • Assist in closing new business opportunities through expertise and credibility
  • Identify upsell and account expansion opportunities
  • Maintain client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Collaborate with internal SEO, paid ads, web, branding, and creative teams
  • Help shape growth strategy within your vertical or specialty
  • Act as a strategic advisor rather than a traditional account manager
  • Leverage your existing network, relationships, or book of business where appropriate
