•$200,000 - $250,000•Remote

About The Position

The Executive FLIGHT DECK Leader will apply GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating model, FLIGHT DECK, across the Rotating Parts and Compressor Airfoils (RPCA) part family to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC). The scope includes GE Aerospace internal shops, joint ventures and strategic suppliers. The leader will shape and deploy lean strategy, build organizational capability, and influence senior leaders, with one direct report. This is an intentionally designed growth role for an experienced manufacturing plant leader with a record of lean transformation. The successful candidate will lead transformation across multiple RPCA plants, value streams and suppliers alongside the part family leadership team. The stated intention is for the successful candidate to move into a Plant Leader role within 18–24 months, based on performance and business needs. The role is ideally based in Wilmington, North Carolina, but candidates must be flexible across the Southeastern United States, including willingness to relocate for the follow-on Plant Leader assignment. Travel is 75% based on business needs, and in-person attendance is required for New Hire Orientation on Day 1. This is a remote position. The position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information, so employment is contingent on meeting the stated U.S. Person eligibility requirements. The base pay range is $200,000–$250,000. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The posting is expected to close on 11/23/2026.
