The Facilities Administrator will work closely with and report to the Supervisor Facilities Operations. The position will be responsive to internal and external customers seeking support and information related to the operation of the primary facility under the purview of the position. Specifically, this position will handle onsite day-to-day executive coordination and facilities related responsibilities including coordinating activities and work being completed onsite. Will manage records and provide scheduling support. Position will include administrative functions related to the support of the onsite executive leadership including associated correspondence.
