About The Position

Morgan Stanley's Insurance Solutions - Fixed Income Division is seeking an Executive Director. This role is within the Fixed Income Division, which is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in this division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure and execute innovative transactions in the global markets. The Sales & Trading function provides liquidity and content to clients worldwide, actively assessing and managing risk, trading securities, and planning and executing transactions in fast-changing markets. As client needs become increasingly complex, customized solutions are often developed. Requirements

Executive Director level experience in Fixed Income.
Experience in Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products, or Distribution.
Experience in sales, trading, and market-making services.
Ability to assess and actively manage risk.
Ability to trade securities.
Ability to structure and execute innovative transactions.
Ability to provide liquidity and content to clients.
Ability to develop customized solutions for complex client needs.
