About The Position

Brookdale is seeking an experienced Senior Living Leader to join our team in the Sarasota, FL area as part of our Brookdale Bench Program. This program allows 'trainees' to work directly with multiple experienced Executive Directors and operational leaders. This role is designed to 'hire ahead of need' to build strength in our Executive Director positions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of senior living leadership experience and will oversee community operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive occupancy growth. This position requires flexibility for placement within the district and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Requirements

2+ years of senior living leadership experience
Senior living/memory care experience
Flexible for placement within the district

Experience in a 'bench' program or similar developmental role
