As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading a team, proactively communicating with residents and families, and working with support of the Board and management company resources to plan, problem solve, and ensure quality care. You will exercise independent judgment and initiative. You must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to the residents, families, visitors, and staff at all times. You will manage the overall operations of the communities through budget and financial management, and will establish, review, and uphold departments' policies and procedures.

Requirements

Current Minnesota LALD license required
5 or more years of work-related experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in health care administration or business administration, preferred
Proficient with Eldermark Software preferred
