About The Position
The Robertson County YMCA is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations and drive success through outstanding program delivery, fiscal responsibility, staff development, and facility management. This role involves leading the YMCA in achieving its mission while fostering inclusion and diversity, building relationships with community leaders, organizations, and businesses, and ensuring exceptional member service, program delivery, and facility safety. The Executive Director will also drive fundraising initiatives, including the annual giving campaign, and develop and manage the Center's budget, meeting or exceeding financial goals. Additionally, the role includes recruiting, training, and inspiring a strong team of staff and volunteers.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 21
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years in a director-level YMCA position.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Nice To Haves
- YMCA Team Leader or Multi-Team/Branch Leader certification preferred.
