Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within the senior living industry.
- Strong understanding of assisted living operations and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assisted living community.
- Ensure high-quality care and services for residents.
- Lead and develop the community team.
- Maintain financial performance and achieve business goals.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for residents, families, and associates.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy targets.
