About The Position

Agemark Senior Living is building a pipeline of future Executive Director talent across its communities in Northern or Southern California. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience managing people, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Approachable, collaborative leadership style—skilled in coaching and accountability.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
