About The Position

Agemark Senior Living is building a pipeline of future Executive Director talent across its communities in Northern or Southern California. Requirements

Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related fields.
Experience managing people, budgets, and operational performance.
Approachable, collaborative leadership style—skilled in coaching and accountability.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with technology, including MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
