About The Position

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and primary ambassador of the Foundation. In partnership with Foundation leadership and key stakeholders, the Executive Director advances its mission, strengthens community impact, and provides hands-on leadership across grantmaking, donor engagement, operations, finance, staff and risk management. The Foundation creates a new strategic plan every five years to provide a clear direction. The job also involves oversight of the Riviera Beach Health Initiative and Literacy Programs.
