About The Position

The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of the Assisted Living community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. This role involves leading and supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams, managing key relationships with external partners, and driving community outreach to increase occupancy. The Executive Director is also responsible for the overall financial performance of the community, including budget and labor management, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations and survey readiness.

Requirements

  • Licensed (or eligible) Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing
  • Strong experience with Medicaid, waiver programs, and community-based services
  • Proven ability to work with diverse and underserved populations
  • Experience partnering with Council on Aging, hospitals, or community agencies
  • Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical background or strong clinical oversight experience preferred
