About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join their family of talented individuals. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall property operations and financial performance of the Monark Grove Clarkston community, a luxury community with 148 homes consisting of independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in the senior living, hospitality, or related service industry
  • Able to use multiple operating software systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in Property Management is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and hold accountable a team of 110-130 site employees including back office staff, leasing, event planning, valet, health care, concierge, drivers, maintenance, food and beverage.
  • Ensure that all prospects, residents and family members have a first-class, five-star experience with events, dining, and all services provided.
  • Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations, dining, events, service contract negotiations, bidding for special capital projects, housekeeping, maintenance workorders, building cleanliness and apartment preparation for new move ins.
  • Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines.
  • Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills.
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
